The title tag is one of the most important factors when it comes to SEO Strategy. Many people actually believe that that the simple tweaking of your title tags can render noticeable results regarding your websites ranking with search engines.

You should consider putting your company name in the title tag. This becomes particularly important if it is a well known brand. If you are not well known then you also put it in the title because you would probably like to be a well know brand at some point in the future. You can then also include a few descriptive phrases. This can be the products or services that you offer for example. This will help search engines decide which searches your website will be relevant for.

You should also try to include important keywords in your title tags. It would always be a do idea to do some research regarding which would be the most effective keywords and keyword phrases for you to use. They can describe what you offer, where you are located, etc. Using between ten and twelve words for your title tags often work the best.

When you are writing these title tags you should always try to make them relevant, keyword rich and compelling. It is very important that they are interesting and compelling. This way you can make sure that you rank well with search engines and that people would then also be compelled to clickthrough to your website.
